To save the date is $500+gst.

We have two options:

1) “Bring-Your-Own-Bar” This means you supply it all. (Liquor, beer, glassware, liquor license, certified bartender). There is a corkage fee of $8.50/Adult, and $4.00/per youth.
2) “Venue Bar” This means we supply it all. (Liquor, mix, beer, glassware, liquor license, certified bartender). We start with $650 down to secure the liquor, and bartender for the date. This also includes the first 100 drinks. After that, it is $6.50/drink that will be invoiced after the event.
In both cases, other bridal couples have supplemented bar costs by having a “toonie-bar.”

  • Coordinate between you and servers for set up
  • Assistance in the setup and take down
  • Clear cups; pop, mix; juice; water; ice
  • Blenders, tools, cutting boards, knives, etc.
  • Outdoor bar in 2 locations (depends on event size) – indoor bar
  • Portable bar counters
  • Coolers
  • Portable 10×10 tents and set up
  • Tables
  • Chairs for guests at bar
  • Linens as needed

The events need to end by midnight. Following this we allow for one additional hour to clean and pack up so you and your guests can keep partying until midnight.

The Vine House holds up to 200 people. The Tea House holds up to 45 people. And we can set up tents which hold 60 people and with additional tent extensions up to 120 people.

We offer complimentary private tours Mon-Thurs Noon-6 pm. They can take anywhere from 1-2 hours to complete depending on location and questions. Weekend tours are available upon special request. Contact us to book your tour now.

Currently, we offer e-transfer or cash. But maybe offering credit card services in the near future.

We have jars of honey to fit the garden/nature theme of our venue. They can be priced out upon request. There are other great ideas we have that are money savers. Just ask us.

It is customary to provide meals for any vendor such as officiants, photographers, bartenders etc that stay throughout the ceremony and reception. Therefore, they would be added to your guest count. Check your contract as some vendors require this and have specific notes to their meals.

What fun! We’ve had plenty of events with bands and the sound is wonderful! We can certainly accommodate whatever form of entertainment you choose. Be sure that whether it be a band or a DJ, they bring their own equipment and have insurance.

We allow for set up and rehearsal the night before and an hour or two of clean up the following day after the wedding. On the day of the wedding you can pretty much have access from whenever you need to access until midnight with up to an additional hour to clean up that night.

No additional cost, we include the full wedding day.

We have a place for both the bride and groom to hang out and to get ready!

We can do the wedding inside the Vine House or inside the Tent if it’s a tent wedding.

Yes, but you are also responsible to have event insurance.

We have our preferred caterer, but also allow you to use any catering company of your choice and can provide you with several options.

Yes, of course. We also offer lots of great decoration props if you so choose to use them.

Yes, you can move things around or ask us to move items that are not needed.

Yes we have a wonderful sound system for the ceremony and for the reception, just not to be utilized for the dance and dance music.

The local taxis service our venue as well as we have a great relationship with a local shuttle bus.

Yes, we have 40 campsites as well as two outdoor washroom facilities with showers. Guests must follow the county permits the venue has been granted. 

Great hotels in Olds are only 10 minutes away!

Our venue allows for any officiant to officially declare your day. We have worked with Brad Brownell several times in the past as well as many other excellent, local choices!
